Dan started the company Advanced Rehab Technologies providing durable medical equipment in 1992 in Eastern PA. Since the startup, the company has provided specialty equipment that treats Lymphedema, Vascular Disorders, and Soft Tissue injuries to over 10,000 patients, hospitals, and clinics. We now provide equipment to PA, OH, WV, MD, DE, and NJ.
He lives in Pottstown, PA with his wife and has three grown children, seven grandchildren, and one great-grandchild.

In the 32+ years we have been doing Lymphedema Pumps, we sometimes get asked to help with an extreme case. This woman was referred to us by one of our most experienced Physical Therapists. This poor woman had stumps for legs, and only one arm. She was confined to her bed and suffered from ulcerations on her backside. Two previous companies had been asked to help her, but could not come up with a solution that worked. We consulted with our partners at Bio Compression Systems, and this is what we came up with: a full torso custom compression wrap. The patient was thrilled with the device and has reported great results. In all of our years of service, we have never thrown up our hands and said we can’t help somebody. We are proud that, through a team effort of our Physical Therapist partner, our Manufacturing team at Bio Compression Systems, and our territory representative, Andrea DeAngelo, we found a solution to a difficult problem.

Big Issues with Lymphedema Pumps and Chinese Tariffs
As most people have seen in the news, there are major issues with China and Tariffs. Three different companies that market Lymphedema pumps in the USA have their equipment made in China. The tariff issue may affect the supply of these products. They could also affect spare parts and the price of these pumps. Advanced Rehab Technologies is happy to buy all of our pumps from Bio Compression Systems.
